• Adult Class is held on Mon. & Wed. from 7:00 - 8:00 PM.

• Plus a Bonus Class on Sat. from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM.

​

• Adult Members must be age 15 years or older.

​

• Members must be able/capable of participating in a group activity class (consult your health care provider before beginning this or any exercise program).

• Call our Office at 313-928-5288 before your first class to arrange to pick up your free uniform, and to complete your one-page enrollment intake form (under 18 MUST be accompanied by parent/guardian on this visit before participating in classes).

One of the best choices I have made. Lot of things to like -
1. Not too crowded, small group and makes you feel like a family and you get a lot of personal attention.
2. Love the fact that the martial arts class covers both taekwando and Krav-Maga.
3. Instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful, noone differentiates between beginners and experienced students.

I used to train many years ago and took some time off. When I decided to get back into TKD, I contacted this school and from moment one, everyone was very understanding and helpful. I was never pressured into training at my old belt level, and everyone was kind and supportive.

One thing I liked a lot was a dedicated adult class that was quite large. It has helped me train with people of my size and give me some challenges when working with other adults. Everyone was like a family there and welcoming.
