We have classes up to 5 days per week. Plus, there's lots of variety!
Monday and Wednesday evenings, we have a bag-slamming, music pumping, 45 minute kickboxing class - to crank up your cardio.
Tuesday and Thursday evenings we have 30 minute class featuring punching bags and other cross training- to transform your physique.
On Saturday mornings, we have a combo class for overall fitness - to get your weekend off to a great start!
